About Bonita
Who is Bonita The BumbleBee?
Bonita The BumbleBee was founded with the goal of spreading S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics) to early learners TK - 3, and to address their social emotional development as well as neurodivergent behaviors. We are striving to expose, empower and educate young children on the aspects of S.T.E.A.M. through a diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging lens while empowering their parents and educators to foster early learner’s educational success.
The Face Behind The Buzz
I'm Teacher Tarsha, Bonita The Bumble Bee’s teacher friend. I'm so excited to share all these wonderful things about S.T.E.A.M. with you. Bonita and I have created unique experiments and opportunities for children 3 to 8 years old to learn more about Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics. Bonita’s whimsical flair and my over 30 years of experience as an educator, administrator, MA, MPA and future Ed.D. have come together to create unique fun hands-on opportunities to engage young scholars. Through these activities we foster literacy and provide the tools to address social emotional health. You are never too young to learn about S.T.E.A.M.!
